Mix for Cottage Cheese Balls in Milk Syrup Dessert.
INGREDIENTS -
To obtain a fine milk syrup, remove from heat and serve cold.
To obtain a thick milk syrup, continue boiling over medium heat until
the syrup thickens.
Remove and serve cold.
Mix for Cottage Cheese Balls in Milk Syrup Dessert.
INGREDIENTS -
- Powdered milk solids (milk)
- Kenal Flour (Wheat)
- Vegetable oils
- Pistachio
- Sodium bicarbonate
- Tartaric Acid, Saffron
- Natural and artificial food flavors (straw pine)
- Add 2 cups of water and sugar to the milk. Bring to a simmer.
- Separately: Mix Shan Rasmalai Mix, ghee/butter, and egg. Knead to make a soft dough. (Add a tablespoon of water if necessary.)
- Make about 20 small round, flat, or oval balls. Immediately place them in the boiling milk. Increase the heat to keep the milk boiling. (The balls will harden if not immediately added to the boiling milk.)
- Take a sifted round frying spoon and roll the balls by rotating the bottom edge of the spoon against the top of the balls. Continue rolling until the balls have grown to approximately 4 times their original size.
To obtain a fine milk syrup, remove from heat and serve cold.
To obtain a thick milk syrup, continue boiling over medium heat until
the syrup thickens.
Remove and serve cold.
